Waco Acupuncture Clinic/Jing Wellness Spa is opened on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 10:00 AM to 6:00PM. Tuesday from 10:00AM to 4:00PM. The last appointment is at 5:30PM in most days except Tuesday at 3:30PM. 

We are very careful to keep on schedule, so please try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your appointment. Arriving early allows you to rest a few minutes and allow your pulses to calm for the visit. When a customer rushes to make an appointment, it disturbs the relaxation.

We want you to benefit fully from a complete treatment session, and this is another reason to come a little early. In order to be fair to other customers, we do not extend your treatment into another customer's appointment if you arrive late.

If you cannot make an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Recording machines are available 24 hours a day. Because we do not double-book customers, when you fail to arrive for an appointment this time period cannot be used by anyone else.

We ask that you provide 24 hours notice of a change or cancellation of an appointment. A charge applies to appointments that are missed and not cancelled, or are cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment. These fees reflect the value of the time reserved when an appointment is scheduled as well as the costs of overhead.

We understand that there are unavoidable emergencies and inconveniences in everyone's life, but repeated problems keeping appointments will result in dismissal from our services.

Payment is expected in full at the time of each visit by cash, check, or credit card. 

For spa packages, special days' packages, Saturday and late evening appointments, we need to take 50% of the service charges for deposit. This can be done through the phone by credit cards or the customer can come to our spa for the deposit payment. The deposit is not refundable if the customer does not show for her appointment or late for her appointment. In case the customer need to change the appointment time, we need 24 hours notice to reschedule the appointment.

Gift cards are available for all the acupuncture and spa services. Gift cards are purchasable in person, or through the phone and we mail you the gift cards. The appointments for the gift cards need 24 hour notice if the customer need to change the appointment time. If the customer does not show up for the appointment, the gift card will not be honored.
